These were by far the best Molas we had seen
The craftsmanship was far superior and Venancio told us about the layers
He told us how the numerous layers make the Molas more intricate and difficult and the more layers, the more time they take to make and also, the more expensive they are

Venancio liked this one a lot and he had sewn these 2 Molas, so of course Kate ended up with them

Tienda Eidi was the store where we bought supplies, "Eddie" was Federico's brother and it was one of the best stores on Nargana

There was some traffic on the river although not much, and no locals lived on the river due to malaria The locals did go up river to obtain bamboo & palm fronds for making their homes or huts, these Nargana locals were bringing back some supplies for building

Some of the fan coral was 4ft high and 3ft wide it was an extremely healthy reef
Cangrejos & Langostas - Crabs and Lobsters, local fisherman came by the boat everyday to sell us seafood and most of the time we took them up on it, average price for a lobster was $3ea
